We are happy to accept returns/exchanges with a receipt within 7 days of purchase for store credit. Items eligible for a return/exchange MUST be unworn, unwashed, Tagged and in the same purchased condition.Original tags must be attached. this includes no pet/human hair, perfume, room spray, smoke, deodorant marks etc. Clearance, sale items, orders with discount codes, undergarments, GIFT CARDS, custom carved art, grab bags and boxes are final sale. If a return/exchange doesn't meet the criteria the return will be denied.
